How Big Job Hunt handles your data

Your CV, extracted facts, preferences, application info bank (including any Social Security number or date of birth you add, which are shown back only masked), application notes and contacts, and generated files are encrypted with a key unique to your account. Your sign-in email and public job listings are stored separately. Generated CV links expire after seven days.

We use public ATS feeds for job listings. The service does not submit applications or send recruiter emails. When you mark an application applied, it asks Big Reminder to create a follow-up using your verified account email; if that account is unavailable, the tracker says no reminder was scheduled.

Local matching does not send your CV to a model provider. Optional model ranking requires a separate email confirmation and may send CV facts and search terms to the configured provider under its terms. You can revoke that consent. Daily email digests require a separate opt-in.

You can delete your CV, info bank and generated files through the authenticated profile endpoint, or delete the account after canceling an active Pro subscription. Operations must monitor nightly encrypted backup rotation for the stated deletion window. Read the Agints privacy policy and contact support for requests.
